
Welcome to my blog, where we embrace sustainable living and wholesome family life. This page is for the person I was 10 years ago. Trying to be healthy, trying to manage my weight, trying to find purpose, starting a family and wanting to make the best choices for them in the long run.
When I first read about plant-based nutrition, everything just clicked. It made so much sense that the diet that was the best choice for our health, the kindest towards other creatures, and the most sustainable for our planet was the same diet.
Unfortunately, social circles and society are not always on the side of sustainability or our well being. I’ve been the person who has cut everything out to do this way ‘perfectly’ and then feel like a failure by the end of the day if I slipped up. I have been that person stressed out to go to a family gathering or out with friends worrying what I’m going to eat and what people are going to say.
This is just my story and my way of doing things to be my healthiest and best version of me and leading by example to impart this wisdom on my family. Stick around and follow along to choose for yourself 🙂
